350 Personal Chef Services was created with the vision of sharing a passion of elevated food on the island of Barbados. Our mission is to present to you, the amalgamation of culinary knowledge, passion and expertise all from the comfort of your home. Meet The Chef
A graduate of the Barbados Community College: Hotel Pommarine Institute, Chef Rico Clarke is a former chef at the luxury all inclusive resort chain Sandals where he honed his skills and offerings. With over 16 years experience in hospitality & catering, Rico specializes in gourmet meals, special diets, meal prep & private catering for some of the island's most high end clientele. His passion for food & rapt attention to detail are apparent in the menus he writes Rico is an entrepreneurial culinary expert who has left the restaurant industry to create unforgettable experiences within your home.
